Primary Objectives and Regular Work Activities:

What are the major outcomes to be accomplished and most frequent and essential work activities in this role?

  • Build, implement, manage and document all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, client communication, database management, marketing, client events, buyer experience, seller experience, lead generation and follow-up, customer service, etc.

  • Recruit, train and lead future team agents

  • Recruit, train and lead future operational team members

  • Implement systematic client touchpoints

  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports to clients (buyers and sellers)

  • Client preparation and retention through introduction calls and engagement throughout the client experience

  • Lead social media team

  • Work collaboratively to create and manage all details for client appreciation events

  • Responsible for financial systems, including maintaining the books, paying the bills, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports.

  • Act as an agent / utility help for other team agents

  • Maintain personal database to develop future business

  • Showing and listing homes for personal clients

Education and Experience:

What prior work and life experience will help the person in this role succeed?

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1—5 years of operations experience preferred

  • Real Estate license and experience preferred
