What are the major outcomes to be accomplished and most frequent and essential work activities in this role?
Build, implement, manage and document all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, client communication, database management, marketing, client events, buyer experience, seller experience, lead generation and follow-up, customer service, etc.
Recruit, train and lead future team agents
Recruit, train and lead future operational team members
Implement systematic client touchpoints
Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports to clients (buyers and sellers)
Client preparation and retention through introduction calls and engagement throughout the client experience
Lead social media team
Work collaboratively to create and manage all details for client appreciation events
Responsible for financial systems, including maintaining the books, paying the bills, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports.
Act as an agent / utility help for other team agents
Maintain personal database to develop future business
Showing and listing homes for personal clients

What prior work and life experience will help the person in this role succeed?
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1—5 years of operations experience preferred
Real Estate license and experience preferred
